Is there an early-bird registration discount?
No, there is no early-bird period for Banff Session 2026.
What does my registration fee include?
Banff Session registration includes all listed keynote speaker presentations, your choice of PD presentations, access to the trade show, an invitation to the Friday Reception as well as breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks for the duration of the conference.
Can I register in person when I get to Banff?
No. All registrations must be completed online prior to 11:59 PM (MST) on Monday, April 6, 2026.
Can I attend just one day of the conference?
Registration is only available for the full two-day (Friday and Saturday) conference.
Can I attend the conference virtually?
No, Banff Session 2026 is only offered as an in-person event. Sessions occur live and are not recorded for later viewing. Should this change, AAA registrants will receive ample notice.
I am not registered with the AAA. Can I attend Banff Session?
Yes, anyone is welcome to attend the event and we offer a non-member rate of $1,150 + GST. Please note that if you have never registered for an AAA event before, you will need to create an online profile to proceed with your Banff Session registration. Can I bring my partner and children to the conference sessions and meals?
In addition to our Delegate registration, a companion meal package is available for Banff Session 2026. This package includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks for both Friday and Saturday. Companion meal packages can be added at checkout.
Banff Session welcomes delegates 18 years and older.
